Executive Search Experience. With our executive search experience gained over 20 years across multiple country markets, regions, cultures and industries, we bring the ability to cut to the chase and provide our clients a real world perspective on what is needed to get on to an executive  search consultant's or recruiter's short list of candidates.

Talent Benchmarking. The depth of experience in executive search allows for us to quickly benchmark talent. We provide constructive feedback through a Competency Assessment which provides another input into a recommendation for specific areas of development and improvement. We may also conduct targeted 360 conversations, depending on the specifics of the situation.

Use of Psychometrics. We use the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) as well as Korn Ferry's viaEdge Assessment, widely acknowledged as the best psychometric available to assess leadership potential, through the assessement of Learning Agility. This helps us in our evaluation of our client's career trajectory.

Individualized Roadmap. We practice the co-creation of a strategic roadmap that will help our client get to where he or she wants to go. This may involve the identification of the next role, or even roles, that will be instrumental in developing the necessary track record. Or, it may require our client to work on improving particular competencies or skills, or require specfic coaching. This joint creative process with our client naturally flows on to the implementaiton phase of our process.

Networked Implementation for the Individual Client. We actively assist in the implementation of our client's career roadmap. For the individual client, we will make the appropriate introductions to relevant executive search consultants, and others who are able to assist in securing the next role, or simply add to important career networking.
